Ashley Sharek | Founding Attorney
Attorney Ashley Sharek's estate planning practice focuses on helping families enhance their lives today and secure their futures tomorrow.
She excels in guiding her clients through the often confusing maze of financial and legal decisions to create plans that ensure the well-being of their families and the accomplishment of cherished family goals. Her considerable legal expertise includes family protection, wealth preservation, and values-based planning, as well as planning strategies for unmarried couples and divorced individuals. Whether you are married or single, with a traditional family or blended one, just starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, Ashley will help you to craft a plan that achieves your goals for your loved ones today and for years to come.
Ashley graduated from Duquesne University Law School in 2012 and was admitted before the U.S. Tax Court, successfully defending an innocent spousal relief case against the IRS. After graduation, Ashley focused her law practice in the areas of insurance defense, family law and estate planning & administration in downtown Pittsburgh. Ashley has experience in various areas of civil law and litigation and is currently focusing her practice in the areas of estate planning & administration along with small business and nonprofit formations for Pennsylvania residents.
Ashley is a member of the Elder Counsel, a national organization of trusts and estates attorneys and other legal, tax and business professionals who design sophisticated planning techniques for individuals and families.
Ashley loves speaking to private groups on a variety of topics including family wealth planning, wealth preservation, and asset protection of inheritances, Ashley enjoys educating her community. Ashley has chosen to concentrate on the Trusts and Estates area because she is passionate about helping families create happy and secure futures.
She is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Ashley resides in Wexford with her husband, Tim, and their two dogs, Parker and Ella.

Erio Vignali | Estate Planning Attorney
Erio is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. He also holds bachelor degrees in English and Film Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. After law school, Erio joined the White Collar Defense, Investigations, and Compliance group at a law firm in Washington D.C. In that role Erio helped counsel clients across five continents in matters relating to federal criminal investigations, complex litigation, and regulatory compliance. Erio was also an Assistant Vice President with the Personal Trust Department at AmeriServ Trust and Financial Services Company in Johnstown, PA. Erio gained experience in all stages of trust and estate administration. Erio is currently licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
Elizabeth Phillips | Probate Attorney
Elizabeth assists our clients with all firm probate matters. She is dedicated to helping bereaved clients navigate the often confusing and overwhelming process of estate administration.
Elizabeth graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1993. Before deciding to focus her practice on helping people with estate planning and administration, Elizabeth clerked for Chief Judge Donald Ziegler of the Western District of PA, practiced in the Employment law section at a large downtown law firm, assisting with all phases of case management & litigation, and later at a small firm part-time where she enjoyed research and writing.
Elizabeth returned to the practice of law in 2018 after taking a break to raise a family and care for an elderly aunt in her home.
Elizabeth enjoys spending time at her family cabin in Bedford County. She lives a few miles outside of Pittsburgh with her husband, Mark, and her adult children nearby. She is a shameless promoter of Pennsylvania and Pittsburgh, in particular, as “best kept secrets” in the US.
Denisse Salazar | Happiness Coordinator
Denisse, our Happiness Coordinator, is the first person you will speak to when you call the office. She brings a wealth of experience in customer service and administrative support, with her most recent experience being at PNC Bank. Her passion lies in supporting others, ensuring their needs are met, and creating memorable interactions. Denisse’s empathetic approach and genuine desire to help make her an invaluable asset to our team. Her commitment to enhancing client experiences extends both inside and outside the office. Beyond her professional role, she is an artistic soul who finds joy in painting, singing, and whipping up delightful Italian dishes.
Julie Moser | Client Welcome Specialist
As the Client Welcome Specialist, Julie will is guides potential clients to take their very first steps on the path to meet their unique estate planning needs. Julie’s goal during her intro calls is to calm any stress and fear potential clients may have starting the estate planning process and set them up for a successful planning session with our office. Julie is bringing her expertise in education, organization, and customer service to the new clients of the firm. Her background is in early childhood development and education. Julie has a Bachelor of Science from Robert Morris University and lives in Chippewa with her husband Keith and two kids, Charlie and Aubrey. In Julie’s life outside of work, she enjoys her monthly supper club with friends trying out the newest and best restaurants in the area, relaxing with a good glass of wine, and looks forward to her annual trip to her happy place, the beach in Holden NC.
Maria Gamiz | Intake Coordinator
Maria is our Intake Coordinator. When you work with us, Maria will ensure your intake process goes smoothly as a new client. She’ll handle your invoice, engagement letter, and confirm all important plan information to make your start with us seamless. Maria is a very empathetic person and her experience as a therapeutic companion for the elderly has provided her with the ability to connect with others and provide that extra support. Outside of work, she is enjoying quality time with her dog, hitting the gym, or getting lost in the pages of a good book.
Bethany Pivik | Client Service Coordinator
Bethany joins our team as the Client Services Coordinator after 15 years in the luxury hospitality industry. Her warm empathetic personality, along with her want to provide the ultimate client experience will help guide our clients through their estate planning process. Her goal is to get to know our clients personally and provide support and continuity to ensure the experience is smooth and pleasant. It doesn’t need to be scary or intimidating! Bethany is a Licensed Notary Public in Pennsylvania. She lives in Beaver County with her husband, three beautiful children, and their furry sibling, an Australian Labradoodle, Millie. Amongst the controlled chaos, she finds time to enjoy good books and is an avid Broadway enthusiast.
Anna Farinelli | Outreach Coordinator
As our Outreach Coordinator, Anna oversees the firm's digital footprint through Social Media and Marketing using her 5 years of expertise in the marketing and design industry. She is also the first face you will see when you walk in the office. Anna is a Licensed Notary Public in Pennsylvania. She lives in Hopewell with her partner, and her two pets, Juniper and Journey. Outside of work you can find Anna enjoying the outdoors fishing, hunting, or snowboarding. She also enjoys creating art in many mediums and spending time with family.
Sean Beeghly| Law Clerk
Sean is assisting the firm with document drafting. He is a third-year law student at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is focusing his studies on elder law and bankruptcy. Sean will dedicate most of the coming semesters to pro bono service in Pitt Law’s elder law clinic. The clinic assists Western PA need-based residents in preparing power of attorney and will documents, planning for Medicaid, and establishing guardianships. Before attending law school, Sean worked for 10 years as a funeral director. Working in death care gave Sean a unique perspective on why estate planning is so important. Sean resides in the Friendship neighborhood of Pittsburgh with his husband, John, and their two cats, Jack and Killie. In his spare time, Sean enjoys hiking, gardening, and reading sci-fi books.
Sandy Ray | Drafting Coordinator
Sandy is the Drafting Coordinator at Entrusted Legacy Law. She brings 16 years of legal information technology expertise to the firm and has over 22 years as an analyst/developer in the medical and point-of-sale fields, as well as a naval defense contractor. She resides in Westmoreland County with her husband, Herb. Sandy enjoys family time, cycling for charity rides, beachcombing for sea glass, and hunting for whitetail deer with her hubby.
Molly Farmer | Client Services Director
Molly is the Client Services Director at Entrusted Legacy Law. Her role is managing the day-to-day operations at the firm, as well as ensuring our clients receive the best experience possible. With over a decade in the hospitality industry, Molly brings a unique perspective to Client Services and Management. You may see her out and about in the community at any number of Entrusted Legacy Law outreach and educational events. She resides in Plum with her partner, Christian and her senior rescue Bully, Midge.
Tim Sharek | Controller
Tim Sharek has been an educator for 15 years. In 2018, he began helping Ashley with some of the operational duties at Entrusted Legacy Law and was the firm's first paralegal/ drafting coordinator. Tim now assists the firm in a managerial role to oversee the drafting team. He continues to assist the firm with technical/IT support as needed. He is also a Notary Public. In his free time, he enjoys playing music, distance running, and traveling.
