Jenna Johns

Jenna Johns is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), and her main focus is on enhancing the efficiency of the firm’s operations. She helps clients by ensuring that all internal teams are well-supported and equipped to deliver exceptional service, which allows the firm to focus on meeting their expectations.

Her core strengths include a comprehensive understanding of how to drive strategic improvements and ensure compliance. Jenna is responsible for making sure the entire firm runs smoothly. She brings over 17 years of experience in operations from both the wealth management and legal sectors, which she uses to improve the overall client experience.

Jenna has an extensive educational background, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Southern University. She also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) designations.

When she's not focused on operations, she loves reading, traveling, attending concerts and shows, and spending time with her husband, three children, and two dogs.
