Nadja Helm
Estate Planning Attorney
The Women
Dirty Chai Latte
Nadja Helm is an attorney serving families in the Pittsburgh area, dedicating her practice to comprehensive estate planning. She helps individuals and families organize their affairs, protect their assets, and ensure their wishes are honored in the future. Her work is driven by a deep desire to see beyond the legal documents to the people and relationships that matter most to her clients.
She centers her work on the idea that planning for the future should be a thoughtful, human process. Nadja focuses particularly on listening carefully to her clients' stories and memories to understand their goals and craft personalized strategies. For example, she uses collaborative conversation to preserve their legacy and protect everything they've worked hard to earn. Clients often experience working with Nadja as supportive and reassuring, especially as they navigate potentially sensitive family and financial discussions.
Nadja earned her law degree from Tulane University Law School, graduating with honors. Following law school, she served as a law clerk for the York County Court of Common Pleas before completing a two-year fellowship with the Department of Justice. Notably, she also spent over a decade working as an immigration attorney in the nonprofit legal space, an experience that deepened her empathy and perspective on family stability.
When she is not helping clients secure their legacies, Nadja lives in Gibsonia with her husband and three young children, and loves getting lost in a good book.
