Bethany serves as the Client Service Director, and she helps ensure a seamless and personalized experience for every client. She draws on her extensive background in hospitality to guide families through the estate planning process, making it as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Her core strengths include building meaningful relationships and providing consistent support, so clients feel confident and cared for throughout their journey. Bethany firmly believes that planning should not feel intimidating; it’s simply about protecting what matters most. She is also a Licensed Notary Public.

Before joining the firm, Bethany gained a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. This background taught her the value of warm, empathetic service and attention to detail, which she now uses to help client families feel comfortable and well-attended to.

Outside of work, she enjoys the beautiful chaos of life with her husband, three children, and their Australian Labradoodle, Millie.
